When You Can Get a Refund
Subscription purchases are eligible for refunds if ALL of these conditions are met:
- Within 7 days of purchase
 - Less than 5% of credits used
 - A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund
 
When Refunds Are NOT Available
- One-time purchases - All sales are final
 - After 7 days from purchase date
 - More than 5% of credits used
 - Past subscription time - Only unused future time is refundable
 
How to Request a Refund
Email us at [email protected] with:
- Your registered account email (must match the email in our system)
 - Order number or transaction ID
 - Purchase date
 - Payment proof (screenshot of payment receipt or bank statement)
 
Processing time: 5-7 business days (may vary by payment method)
Note: We can only process refunds for accounts with verified email addresses that match our records.
Special Case: Annual to Monthly
If you accidentally purchased an annual plan instead of monthly:
- We'll convert it to a monthly plan
 - Charge one month + 5% processing fee
 - Refund the remaining balance
